Terms & Conditions for Quarantine Package Bookings

 Special Policy

  • This special rate plan is applicable to persons arriving in Hong Kong from countries outside China to undergo compulsory quarantine at designated quarantine hotels in accordance with the directions under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Regulation of Cross-boundary Conveyances and Travellers) Regulation (Cap. 599H)
  • Guest(s) are not allowed to leave the guestroom during the quarantine No visitors are allowed to access the guestrooms
  • The hotel is a smoke-free hotel ($1,500 penalty charge will be applied if found smoking)
  • No cooking is allowed in any of the rooms
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice
  • In case of any disputes, hotel reserves the right of final decision

Guarantee Policy

  • Full amount of stay is payable in advance by a valid credit card upon booking confirmation
  • A credit card deposit to guarantee the incidental charges at HK$1,000 (Single occupancy) is required upon check-in using the pre-signed 3rd party authorization letter submitted on booking confirmation

Cancellation Policy

  • No amendment or cancellation of booking is allowed once reservation is Name change is also not allowed
  • No refund for booking cancellation, amendment, no-show, early departure or any unconsumed meal(s) under all circumstances except changes necessitated by government requirements (Hotel will refund balance of stay or full refund if not yet check-in)
  • Hotel will accept change of stay period if it is due to flight cancellation or delay or changes in the current government regulations. Presentation of valid document issued by airlines is required upon request. Note that all changes are subject to hotel room availability
  • Hotel will arrange a refund if there is a change of designated quarantine hotel scheme
  • Hotel will arrange a refund of the remaining balance in case a quarantine guest after check-in subsequently tests positive during the stay or is being identified as a close contact of a confirmed positive case, and has to be sent to hospital or a quarantine centre, as applicable, and will not return to stay at the hotel for the rest of quarantine period. Hotel will charge the room daily if guest fails to remove all belongings from the guestroom which renders it not available for re-booking by other guests

Children Policy

  • If you and your family members or friends are taking the same flight to Hong Kong, you can choose to share a room with them subject to the approval from the HKSAR Department of Health, hotel regulation (If any) and the regulations under the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap. 599). Single occupancy is preferable
  • For family travel, hotel can accommodate up to 3 persons in the same room using existing beddings (Unless otherwise specified). An extra meal supplement is applied for the child sharing the same room aged 4 and Exceptions are made for families travelling with either 2 adults & 1 child or 1 adult & 2 children aged 3 and under
  • According to Health Advice on Prevention of Coronavirus disease by Centre for Health Protection, guest(s) should stay in single room with toilet, not to share room or toilet with others
  • For persons 12-17 years old, he or she can be either accompanied or unaccompanied by an adult for Prior approval must be obtained from the Department of Health if they require an accompanying adult. For unaccompanied minors, the adult is required to sign the “Consent form for unaccompanied persons” prior to guest arrival
  • All persons under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult for quarantine, and prior approval must be obtained from the Department of Health. The accompanying person should arrive the hotel in advance and sign a consent form

Check-in Policy

  • Bedding arrangement will be subject to hotel availability upon check-in and any photo provided is for reference.  Hotel is unable to provide an extra bed or baby cot during a quarantine stay
  • Early check-in request is subject to hotel’s availability upon arrival
  • Guests must present valid COVID-19 Negative test result documents according to the HKSAR Government directives upon check-in

Special Information

  • Hotel will provide meal boxes outside your room during meal periods
  • Special Room Service Menu is also available
  • Outside food deliveries and necessities brought by relatives or friends must be dropped off at the Lobby Concierge Desk and will be subsequently sent to guestrooms between 8am to 11pm

Housekeeping Service

  • To reduce the risk of transmission, no housekeeping, cleaning and laundry service will be provided during the quarantine period
  • Fresh linens, sheets and cleaning supplies will be provided & placed outside the room

Member Rate Conditions

  • Only the staying Member settling the room charges is eligible to earn ALL membership points. Other Member’s benefits are not applicable during the Quarantine stay. Note: burning of points for settlement, either in part or in full, are not accepted for any of the Quarantine rates
