This bountiful buffet features a wide range of unique gourmet fares, exquisite recipes using salutary ingredients along with international cuisine selections. Among all the signature dishes, you will be able to enjoy Ginseng Jelly, Braised Lamb with Angelica, Stewed Duck with Ginger, Fleece Flower Root with Chicken Soup, Sweetened Longan, Red Date with Peach Gum, just to name a few.

The selections of available dishes on offer include:

Ginseng Jelly
This scrumptious cold dish made from ginseng together with chicken stock producing a unique combination and result.

 

Braised Lamb with Angelica
This slow-cooked stew combines a classic combination of lamb, rehmannia root, angelica and ginger. The stew is cooked inside a casserole for several hours until the lamb and all other ingredients are tender full of flavour.

 

Stewed Duck with Ginger
Ginger duck is a traditional famous delicacy from the Fujian region, It is suitable for consumption during the winter. The duck meat is stewed in an authentic soup base which consists of stock, red dates, ginger, sesame oil and Chinese yellow wine to create a special flavour.

 

Fleece Flower Root with Chicken Soup
The chicken is the main ingredient of the soup. On this basis, the fleece flower root angelica, goji, and poria mushrooms will be added into the soup to deeply infuse the dish with special taste and enhance the effectiveness of the nourishment.

 

Sweetened Longan, Red Date with Peach Gum
This hot Chinese style dessert combines longan, red date, peach gum and apricot kernel gives a visual and taste experience that is full of texture and sweetness.
